This is an old type of Italian high speed train Pendorino ETR450. All seats were first class when appeared, because this train is first tilt train and the body section is very small. However, by newly trains appearing, the train runs between Milan and Rome as Tren OK by 9 Euro. The max speed is 250 Km/h.
