'HATERUMA' means end of reef by Yaeyama dialect. Here is southernmost island which people live in Japan. The jet stream doesn't flow over this island, so we can see many beautiful stars and Southern Cross in May. You should stay for a long time and take it easy. (8/95, 8/96, 5/98)
