This page has photographs of the railway connection ship which was abolished when JR started. Seikan connection ship had run between Aomori(Aomori prefecture) and Hakodate(Hokkaido prefecture), Uko connection ship had run between Uno(Okayama prefecture) and Takamatsu(Kagawa prefecture). These ships were only a few connection ship in the world which loaded the freight trains into the ship.
