KTX means that Korea Train eXpress. KTX-I which is 1st train in 2004, imaged sharks. This high speed train is based on TGV technology in France and the maximum speed is 300km/h. It connects between Seoul and Busan or Moppo, etc. KTX can run on the existing line where new high speed track is not built, because the existing track width is the same as one of KTX high speed train.
